At the Cyberlearning Innovation & Research Center (CIRC), we envision the Rutgers of tomorrow to be one that transforms the student experience through immersion in a modern learning ecosystem informed by rich data networks, and equipped with the tools and infrastructure to deliver customized instruction and at scale.  Our mission is to advance the forefront of teaching and learning at Rutgers by developing innovative technology.

We create instructor resources that are focused on enhancing the student experience, creating positive educational outcomes, and increasing pedagogical effectiveness.  The integration of our tools allows vital data to be aggregated and analyzed, providing robust adaptive learning experiences that enable personalized instruction at scale.
